Israk Jahan said the Nice Foundation was established in 2005. The head of the organization is AM Mujibur Rahman. He further said that NICE Foundation is a social development organization. It helps the poor people through various activities to increase the capacity of the backward communities in the society, organizes children and health related activities and carries out developmental work. He also said that the main goal of the NICE Foundation is a thriving, non-discriminatory society where everyone, regardless of race or religion, can live in peace. Israk Jahan said, "Our project is called Strengthening the Feminist Movement to Fight Against Violation of Rights. The project aims to increase or strengthen the equality of feminist activists, human rights activists, and community youth leaders. Women, girls or children, adolescents, boys and girls and their awareness for the prevention of gender-based violence and gender justice institutions, among other topics, will be discussed and trained."
